By bringing court reporting, legal videography, investigations, and comprehensive litigation support services together under one trusted team, we simplify the process, improve communication, and help ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Our goal is to take the stress out of coordinating multiple litigation support vendors by providing one reliable point of contact and a team that is responsive, experienced, and prepared to adapt to the unique needs of each case.

Elite Litigation & Investigation Services, LLC was built from decades of experience in the criminal justice system and a desire to bring that same level of professionalism, precision, and reliability to the litigation support industry.
After nearly three decades in law enforcement and criminal investigations, David Nunn began transitioning into semi-retirement and exploring a different side of the justice system. He put his investigative background and attention to detail to work as a legal videographer and freelance private investigator, quickly finding a natural fit in the litigation support world.
What began as a new chapter soon grew into something much bigger.
A year later in 2023, David officially launched Elite Litigation & Investigation Services, LLC, bringing legal videography and private investigations under one name. As demand grew, so did Elite. David began building a trusted team of legal videographers, developing relationships with court reporters, attorneys, and other litigation professionals, and expanding the company's ability to provide dependable support for cases of all sizes.
One of those professional relationships would ultimately help shape Elite into the company it is today. After developing a strong working relationship with a nationally certified court reporter with more than 30 years of industry experience, the two partnered to expand Elite's services and establish a JBCC-licensed court reporting firm under the Elite name.
Today, Elite has grown beyond its beginnings in videography and investigations into a full-service litigation support company built around one simple idea: legal professionals should be able to turn to one trusted team to get the job done.
Our roots may be in law enforcement, investigations, videography, and court reporting, but our future is centered on bringing those areas together to provide seamless, dependable litigation support — all under one Elite name.
