Mr. Nunn is a 2008 graduate of the Angelina College Police Academy and brings more than two
decades of law enforcement, criminal investigative, digital forensic, and leadership experience to
Elite Litigation & Investigation Services. Throughout his career, he has progressed through virtually
every level of law enforcement operations, beginning in emergency communications and corrections
before moving into patrol, criminal investigations, digital forensics, and ultimately departmental
leadership.
During his investigative career, Mr. Nunn developed specialized expertise in digital and cellular
forensics, becoming the sole investigator in his county and surrounding region capable of conducting
forensic cell-phone extractions and digital evidence analysis. His investigative experience includes
complex criminal matters, vulnerable victims, and cases requiring collaboration with outside
agencies and specialized investigative resources, earning him multiple awards and commendations.
Mr. Nunn has collaborated with state and federal law-enforcement agencies on complex
investigations and has testified in court regarding cases he investigated and evidence he obtained.
His career has included roles as a criminal investigator, digital forensic investigator, Police Captain,
and Acting Assistant Chief, providing extensive experience from field investigation through
courtroom proceedings and departmental leadership. At Elite, he brings this experience to case
analysis, private investigations, litigation support, and law-enforcement consultation.
Morgan Nunn
Vice President - Investigations, Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support
Ms. Nunn joined Elite in 2026 following a 3.5-year tenure with LandBridge, WaterBridge & Desert
Environmental (collectively, “WaterBridge”), where she served as Financial Reporting Supervisor and
worked closely with Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams on complex projects, transactions, and
strategic initiatives.
During her time with WaterBridge, Ms. Nunn played a key role in the LandBridge IPO, including drafting
SEC filings, coordinating risk assessment discussions, supporting the implementation of public-company
internal controls, and managing requests from external stakeholders and professional service firms. Her
responsibilities also included preparing financial statements and reporting for private entities, providing
complex technical accounting guidance, and leading the implementation of new financial technologies
and systems.
Prior to joining WaterBridge, Ms. Nunn spent nearly three years in Big Four public accounting with
KPMG, progressing from intern to Senior Audit Associate. During her tenure, she spent two years
supporting one of KPMG’s Top 25 clients and served as In-Charge Auditor on both private and
public-company engagements. Her experience included leading audit teams, evaluating financial reporting
and internal controls, addressing complex accounting matters, and working directly with clients and
senior stakeholders.
Ms. Nunn earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Finance from
McNeese State University in 2019, graduating with Honors after completing both degrees in just 3.5
years. She went on to earn her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2022, successfully passing
all four sections of the CPA examination while working full-time in Big Four public accounting with
KPMG.
Ms. Nunn brings a combination of public accounting, SEC reporting, financial reporting, internal
controls, transaction, and investigative experience to Elite, providing a unique financial perspective to
complex litigation, investigations, and expert engagements.

Katie Nunn
Manager - Court Reporting Division & Office Administration
Mrs. Nunn earned an Associate of Science in Kinesiology from Blinn College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Abilene Christian University as a full-time student. Alongside her educational pursuits and raising three children, she dedicated the past five years to education, serving as a Team Lead, Pre-K teacher, and Physical Education teacher. Prior to entering education, she also owned and operated a successful photography business for 13 years, developing a strong foundation in client service, business management, organization, and visual production.
Since 2022, Mrs. Nunn has built hands-on experience in the litigation support industry through remote administrative work, deposition scheduling, and case coordination. At Elite, she oversees all aspects of court reporting support, including scheduling, exhibit handling, transcript production, quality control, and final delivery. She has also expanded her role into remote legal videography, recording and managing remote depositions.
Her diverse background in business ownership, photography, education, court reporting, legal videography, scheduling, and production brings a unique combination of creativity, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail to the Elite team. Her hands-on approach helps ensure every job moves efficiently from initial scheduling through final delivery.

Ryan Codina
Senior Legal Video Specialist
Mr. Codina serves as a Senior Legal Video Specialist with Elite Litigation & Investigation Services, bringing a unique combination of technical expertise, adaptability, and nearly two decades of professional experience to the Elite team.
Before transitioning into professional videography, Mr. Codina spent 18 years as a Class A CDL driver, a career that demanded reliability, precision, problem-solving, and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments. He also holds a two-year certificate in Automotive Technology with specialized training in auto body and paint. His extensive hands-on and technical background has translated naturally into legal videography, where attention to detail, equipment knowledge, troubleshooting, and the ability to adapt quickly are essential.
Further expanding his capabilities within the litigation support field, Mr. Codina recently obtained his Private Investigator license, adding another valuable skill set to his professional experience.
Beyond his technical abilities, Mr. Codina is known around the Elite office for his quick wit, sense of humor, and ability to keep the team laughing—even during the longest days. He has been married for 27 years and is the proud father of six boys, which may explain both his patience and his highly developed sense of humor.
Mr. Codina’s dependability, technical aptitude, and easygoing personality make him an invaluable member of the Elite team and a trusted professional both behind the camera and in the field.

Jaynah Wood
Legal Video Specialist - Remote Videography
Jaynah Wood serves as a Remote Videographer and Legal Video Specialist with Elite Litigation & Investigation Services, bringing a creative eye, strong communication skills, and a fresh perspective to every project. She graduated from Texas State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts and Communication, with a focus in Public Relations.
During her academic and early professional experience, Jaynah has worked on a variety of creative projects, PR campaigns, and social media marketing initiatives, developing a strong foundation in storytelling, branding, and audience engagement. Her background allows her to approach legal videography with both technical awareness and a strong sense of visual narrative.
In addition to her work in the field, Jaynah also works part-time as a barista, a role that has further strengthened her customer service skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Her creativity, professionalism, and eagerness to grow make her a valuable and dynamic member of the Elite team.
